How We Got Started
Yakima Valley Chiropractic opened with a simple observation: a lot of people in the Yakima Valley put off dealing with back and neck pain because their only frame of reference for chiropractic care was rushed visits and pressure to sign up for long-term packages before they'd even been examined. We wanted to build something different — a practice where the first visit is about understanding what's actually going on, not upselling a plan.
Our Approach to Care
Every new patient starts with a conversation about their pain history, daily habits, and goals, followed by a hands-on exam of movement and posture. From there, we explain what we're seeing in plain language and lay out options — there's rarely only one path forward, and we'd rather you understand the tradeoffs than simply be told what to do.
Care plans are built in short, reviewable stages. Instead of committing to months of visits up front, we typically reassess every few appointments so you can see, in concrete terms, whether the plan is working before continuing.
Who We Treat
Our patients range from orchard and warehouse workers dealing with repetitive strain, to office employees with desk-driven back pain, to student athletes recovering from injuries, to expecting mothers looking for pregnancy-safe relief. We see the Yakima Valley's working population up close, and our approach reflects that — practical, direct, and respectful of your time.
